In “The Funk & Wag from A to Z” \, originally curated by Ann Harithas for the Nave Museum in Victoria\, TX \, artist Mel Chin extracted images from all 25 volumes of the 1953 Funk & Wagnall’s Encyclopedia and re-edited them a collages\, unleashing the p otentiality of images trapped by historical context. Chin s inspiring piece is showcased alongside new configurations of more recen t works by the artist in this exhibition.

Fellowship time with other women is available over meals
and in between the WOW conference sessions. The impactful teaching of God
’s Word by seasoned and anointed speakers is relevant and addresses the
multi-functional roles of women in today’s society.

r ministry is offered after the Word is taught to help women personally ap
ply what they have learned.
Powerful times of worship through
music invite the Lord’s presence. The arts\, such as prophetic paintin
g liturgical dance\, and biblical theatre presentations are also incorpor
ated into a WOW conference to express worship to the Lord.
