In “The Funk & Wag from A to Z” \, originally curated by Ann Harithas for the Nave Museum in Victoria\, TX \, artist Mel Chin extracted images from all 25 volumes of the 1953 Funk & Wagnall’s Encyclopedia and re-edited them a collages\, unleashing the p otentiality of images trapped by historical context. Chin s inspiring piece is showcased alongside new configurations of more recen t works by the artist in this exhibition.

he late artist Joseph A. Fiore. The Falcon Foundation holds the artwork of
Joseph A. Fiore (1925 – 2008) and celebrates his achievements by presen
ting special exhibitions and programs celebrating the artist’s work and
career. David Dewey will speak about Joseph Fiore\, referred to as Joe\, a
nd will give audiences a glimpse into the business of successful estate pl
anning for artists. This film screening is held in conjunction with the cu
