Again\, she f ound another amazing teacher in the methods of Body-Mind-Centering\, Integ ral and restorative yoga. Since then\, Rachael has done various trainings to expand her knowledge and diversify in the yoga field. Most recently\, s he has completed advanced teacher training with Ana Forrest in Forrest Yog a and training with Manju P. Jois in Ashtanga Yoga. Being a member of the military community\, she also completed her Yoga Warriors training in Apri l 2009 and gives classes regularly at Fort Bragg\, NC. Rachael is currentl y attending her 500 hour training with Rolf Gates in vinyasa yoga.
