Professional business speaker, trainer and coach, Dr. Barnsley Brown will present “How SMART Women Beat Stress and Burnout.” This high-voltage keynote will focus on energy sustainability and its importance to our environment and ourselves. She will give insight on how to beat stress, banish procrastination, and find fast methods to renew and sustain energy.
Previous women business coaches and experts from across North Carolina have presented a variety of topics including: social media, dress for success, energy leadership, surviving the holidays, overcoming obstacles both personally and professionally, expanding professional visibility, and marking and branding strategies to name a few. The luncheon series, beginning in April or 2012, has grown from 40 women a month to up to 70 women. A mix of business owners, presidents and CEO’s in addition to healthcare, customer service, financial professionals and more attend.
