 etting Our Tone” (SOT) is the theme of Sisters of Today & Tomorrow’s (
 SOT) 5th annual leadership conference for girls\, Wednesday and Thursday\,
  July 11th-12th\, 2013\, at Big Bethel Village and Auburn Avenue Research 
 Library\, in Atlanta\, Georgia. The cost of the conference is $195 and wil
 l include two-days of workshops\, program materials\, lunch/snacks and a l
 ot of fun.<br /><br />This empowerment conference will be an enlightening 
 experience for young ladies\, ages 12-18\, where they will learn about lea
 dership\, character building\, presentation & effective communication skil
 ls\, career exploration and more\, in a fun & innovative way.<br /><br />W
 e will have celebrity chats\, literary workshops\, empowerment sessions an
 d a sister’s circle\, as they learn how to develop their leadership abil
 ity and create a plan for their lives.<br /><br />Pre-registration for the
  conference will take place June 30\, 2013\, 12 PM to 3 PM\, at Auburn Ave
 nue Research Library\, 101 Auburn Avenue\, on the 4th floor. Along with re
 gistration\, SOT will be showing a film and talk back on black girls in ur
