Our annual wellness retreat for women is quickly approaching. The date is October 12 - 14, 2012. Bring your girlfriends, sisters, or even your mom to the Courtyard Marriott at Carolina Beach, NC. Room rates are $169 per night for a Standard Room (2 queens or 1 king) or $199.00 per night for a Suite (2 queen beds). Rooms include $199.00 includes hot breakfast buffet for 2.
The Early Bird Registration Fee is $100/person for the entire weekend activities. This is called the "Full Escape" package. If you purchase this package, you will not have to pay any additional costs out of pocket for this retreat besides your hotel room. There is an option if you can't make the entire weekend escape. The Saturday option is $60/person only until 4pm. This also includes a full lunch buffet and Spiritual Escape with Ericka D. Jackson, Evangelist and Author.
Our annual Fashion Show component is called "The Fashion Escape". This starts Saturday night at 8:00 p.m. The cost is $25/person, if you haven't purchased the "Full Escape". This includes the celebration party afterwards.
Portions of the proceeds will go to benefit Breast Cancer and Domestic Violence Awareness. Please see a brief summary of events to occur over this great weekend Friday: 6:30 - 10:00 p.m. Networking Social (Food, Fun, Ice Breakers, Karaoke, Live Music, Vendors, Prizes, and Belly Dancing Lessons)
Saturday: 7:30 a.m. - 12 Midnight (A FULL DAY!!) Health Screenings (provided by New Hanover County Health Department and The University of North Carolina at Wilmington Department of Nursing), ZUMBA, Self-Defense Class, survivor presentations on Domestic Violence and Breast Cancer Awareness, poetry performances, pampering, lunch, Spiritual Escape, workshop with Evangelist Ericka D. Sunday: 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. Yoga, praise, worship, and reflections with keynote Evangelist Ericka D. Jackson (www.erickajackson.com).
