DESCRIPTION:Take a break from your daily schedule and enjoy a “Ladies Cre
 ative Day at the Museum”\, led by Artist/Instructor Nora Mosrie\, a long
 -time Museum instructor and past docent. We will begin with an instructor-
 led tour of the exhibition Madeleine Lord and Sally Massengale and other w
 orks created by women in the Museum’s collection. Back in the classroom\
 , participants will then express themselves creatively with line\, shape a
 nd color while exploring a wide range of media\, from graphite pencils to 
 acrylic paints. Nora Mosrie is a visual artist with thirty years experienc
 e in developing and teaching interdisciplinary educational programs for al
 l ages.\n \nThis workshop is suitable for all levels and no prior art expe
 rience is necessary. \nAll materials and a boxed lunch from Laurey’s Cat
 ering is included.  Class size is limited and advanced registration is req
 uired. Please contact the Museum’s front desk for reservations at 828.25
