Join experienced Special Needs Mama and psychologist, Dr. Tamara Grosz for an interactive day filled with practical strategies for maintaining balance, energy, and remaining positive while raising a child with special needs. Preventing Mama Burnout is not only possible-- it is essential for the health of you, your child and your family!. This workshop will address and teach specific strategies as well as allow time to connect with other mothers that understand!
