Early registration has opened and ends July 31, 2012. Beginning August 1, 2012, the registration fee will increase. Please use this online service to register. Full payment is required if paying online. All payments are non-refundable, but transferable with at least 14 day advance notice.
Transportation is available on a first come first seated basis for the first 108 persons requesting transportation.
A block of rooms has been reserved for Thursday and Friday night at the rate of $69 plus tax per night. The hotel is offering this rate three days before and after the event.
