 Committee and staff are working eagerly and  are committed to making this 
 a truly informative and empowering program  with tracts and roundtable dis
 cussions for community health center staff  including Health Center Execut
 ive DIrectors/Chief Executive Officers\,  Upper Management Staff (Human Re
 ources\, Information Technology\, and  Finance Staff)\, along with Communi
 ty Health Center Board members.</p>\n<p style='text-align: justify\;'>New 
 to this year's Annual Conference and  Board Governance Retreat is an Advo
 cacy and Social Media Tract designed  for anyone interested in increasing 
 grassroots advocacy at their  center.</p>\n<p style='text-align: justify\;
 '>Additionally\, Thursday\, October 11th and  the morning of Friday\, Octo
 ber 12th have been set aside for the launch  of the South Carolina Institu
 te for Health Center Excellence\,  a leadership development program custo
 mized for the needs of health  center leaders.  Participants will benefit
  from insights gained from  personal leadership assessment tools applied t
 hrough a series of  directed and transformative work assignments.  This i
 s a result oriented  learning experience providing the opportunity to stay
  current with  emerging best practices in leadership and operational manag
 ement. The   program will conclude in April 2013.</p>\n<p style='text-al
 ign: justify\;'>SCPHCA affiliated community\, mental\,  migrant and homele
 ss health centers are an integral part of the state's  overall health care
  system.  As an advocate for those that do not have  access to basic heal
 th services\, the SCPHCA works to ensure the  continued growth of communit
 y based programs and centers that provide  health care services for person
 s most in need.  Unique to the SCPHCA  conference is the wide spectrum of
  providers with a shared purpose of  assuring access to quality health car
 e services for all South Carolina.   Attended by multi-disciplinary leade
 rship teams from the state's  community health centers\, representing over
