 Go?<br />Chaturanga Dandasana is one of the most repetitive poses used in 
 vinyasa flow. This yoga workshop will uncover the alignment of the pose\, 
 safe transitions to and from Chaturanga\, the infamous jump-back as well a
 s ways to protect your shoulders\, elbows and wrists for years of vinyasa

 rtless Integration - A Smart Vinyasa Flow<br />This workshop explores how 
 integration through alignment\, precision and breath are essential tools i
 n reaping the physiological as well as the psychological benefits of this 
 energetic practice. Students will explore proper alignment through the phy
 sical body and enjoy the sensations of the energetic body while incorporat
 ing a strong sense of breath awareness in each pose.<br /><br />Sunday 10A
 M- 12PM<br />Intro to Ashtanga - Back To Our Roots<br />Are you curious ab
 out Ashtanga yoga? Do you want to practice Ashtanga\, but require modifica
 tions? Than this workshop is for you. This class will give you the tools y
 ou need to enjoy the Primary Series with ease and confidence. Rachael brin
 gs the more informal methodology of Manju P. Jois and David Williams to th
 e class in order to promote a safe and effective Ashtanga practice.<br /><

 br />Rachael began teaching yoga in 2008 to Soldiers and decided to become
  a certified teacher shortly after. Her first training was with Pamela Sch
 ulte\, Just Practice Yoga in St. Louis\, Missouri. Rachael was very fortun
 ate to find Just Practice Yoga with such an amazing teacher and without mu
 ch knowledge of the area. Pamela’s training came from a strong Ashtanga 
 background from her mentor and teacher\, Birch Beryl Bender. Rachael moved
  to North Carolina where she found Lisa Clark\, Embody Yoga. Again\, she f
 ound another amazing teacher in the methods of Body-Mind-Centering\, Integ
 ral and restorative yoga. Since then\, Rachael has done various trainings 
 to expand her knowledge and diversify in the yoga field. Most recently\, s
 he has completed advanced teacher training with Ana Forrest in Forrest Yog
 a and training with Manju P. Jois in Ashtanga Yoga. Being a member of the 
 military community\, she also completed her Yoga Warriors training in Apri
 l 2009 and gives classes regularly at Fort Bragg\, NC. Rachael is currentl
 y attending her 500 hour training with Rolf Gates in vinyasa yoga.<br /><b
