 e Big Bad Ball is an annual black tie gala benefiting Hospice of Wake Coun
 ty. The 10th anniversary fundraiser will feature live music\, a silent auc
 tion\, door prizes\, and a $10\,000 raffle. Each year\, the event raises u
 pwards of $100\,000 to support Hospice’s Benevolent Care Program\, which
  provides necessary end-of-life care for terminally ill patients and their

 er to support the compassionate services of Hospice of Wake County\, a Tri

  life in 2001 with the Capital City Club Young Executives’ vision of mak
 ing a generous contribution to the community in a memorable way. Recognize
 d with a Standing Ovation Award as the top Triangle charity event in Metro
  Magazine’s 2007 MetroBravo Awards\, the benefit has sustained a decade 
 of success\, raising upwards of $100\,000 per year.<br /><br />Two great b
