•Country specialists will identify how shared cultural values in Brazil, China, and India define interactions in any business setting and assist participants in identifying successful ways to maneuver across cultures.
•One-on-one consultations with intercultural experts will provide in-depth feedback to each participant regarding their personal intercultural development, communication style, and ways to enhance their effective communication across cultures.

Target Audience

In preparation for the workshop, participants will be asked to complete two online self-assessments that will be sent via email previous to the program.
